FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention concerns an anti-derailment insurance for internal sliding door, in particular an anti-derailment insurance installed in the upper carriage square that holds the internal sliding door.
STATE OF THE PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE
At present and as a reference to the state of the art, it is usual and known in the furniture elements that consist of sliding doors, the use of a non-derailment insurance for internal sliding doors.
The anti-derailment insurance for internal sliding doors present in the market have certain drawbacks. In the first place, many of the systems consist of several elements, many of them of small size, which can cause the loss of said elements and generate more complex systems. On the other hand, access to these components for handling can be very difficult, since they contain the elements for their regulation at the top, which is not very accessible considering that it is an insurance in the upper car of internal sliding door.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION AND ADVANTAGES
Faced with this state of affairs, the present invention refers to an anti-derailment insurance for internal sliding door, of those installed in the upper carriage bracket that holds the internal sliding door, in which the upper internal door carriage incorporates a body support. with a regulation thread in its lower half and a guided scrollable body housed in the guide channels of the body support, guided scrollable body provided with linkage pins with the automatic closing of doors and linked to a regulation screw that has a notch of manipulation capable of receiving the tip of a screwdriver, such that with its turn the guided scrollable body is capable of moving through the guide channels of the body support by placing the linking pins in operative position with the automatic closing of doors and placing the upper part of the scrollable body guided below the bottom surface of the profile l of upper rails.
Thanks to this configuration, a simple anti-derailment safety system for internal sliding doors is obtained, through a guided movable body that remains with its upper part below the lower surface of the profile of upper rails and that in case the door beating outwards, it would impact with said upper face on said lower surface, preventing its overturning. In addition, in a simple way, through a flat screwdriver or in a star, you can adjust the position of the guided scrollable body until the connecting pins that emerge from its end coincide with an automatic closing of doors, for activation.
Another feature of the invention is that the body support incorporates a sliding stop that can be connected to the end of the adjustment screw.
Thanks to this configuration, it is possible to manipulate the position of the movable body guided through the adjustment screw and limit its vertical displacement so that it cannot be detached from the body support.

By means of this displacement, the anti-derailment lock (15) can be placed in the desired position, that is, with the linkage pins (5) in a position to interact with the automatic closing of doors (10) and with the upper part of the body movable guide (4) just below the lower surface (12) of the upper rail profile (11). In this way, in the face of sudden blows that can cause the internal sliding door (13) to tip outwards, the upper part of the guided sliding body (4) comes into contact with the lower surface (12) of the upper rail profile ( 11) and prevents the internal sliding door (13) from falling.
To prevent the anti-derailment lock (15) from adopting an unwanted position, the support body (2) incorporates a travel stop (9) that does not allow the advance of the guided scrollable body (4) once it is reached by the end of the adjustment screw (6) when acting on the handling notch (7) with the tip of a screwdriver.
